If you are in the Toronto area and would like to schedule a pick-up near Yonge St. and St. Clair Avenue West, please select the pick-up option and email us at innerelementgallery@gmail.com. We'd be happy to discuss this option with you in order to waive the shipping fee.
Please note that all sales are final but should your product arrive damaged, please take a picture immediately and send us the photo within 7 days of delivery confirmation. We will file a shipping claim. We'll do our best to arrange a replacement or provide store credit in exchange for the damaged product.
