It's always amazing to make new connections. As people come into our lives and teach us new things about ourselves, it is important to be grateful for every opportunity to learn and grow. However, living a healthy and well balanced life also means that we need to say goodbye at times as well. Are there relationships in your life that do more damage than good? Do you notice how some people use other people's pain as a way to connect with you? Are you always being made to feel guilty or small when you find the courage to set boundaries?
