Life isn’t always happy vibes. The spiritual battle of light and darkness is present within all of us and is very much a part of the human experience. Our sadness pulls us into ourselves so that we can figure out what is truly important to us and propel us into the healthy stages of healing. For without defeat, there would be no victory; without hardship, there would be no success and without suffering, there would be no triumph. Use black obsidian to offer that gentle support as you navigate through complex emotional healing. Feel all your emotions and then release it. If unsuppressed, your righteous rage and tears may naturally end when fully expressed.
